The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD said the 19-year-old substitute teacher who was working at PS 203 elementary school was shot shortly after leaving the school on October 11th at approximately 3:00pm.

The victim was walking on Avenue M and Utica Avenue in Flatlands when he was approached by a gunman wearing a red ski mask. Ethan Holder was shot once in the forehead and once in the thigh. He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital where he died of his injuries on October 12th.

Javier Oates,19, was arrested and charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of firearm.
