The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of an assault at an apartment building on the 1300 block of 40th Street in Borough Park, on May 14th at around 10:30pm on the report of a shooting.

On arrival police located a 24-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to the back. The victim was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased. Police are withholding his identity, pending family notification.

Two persons of interest were taken into custody at the scene, and the murder weapon was recovered. Police said charges are pending.
