The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to the report of a stabbing outside of a smoke shop at 248 4th Ave on September 20th at 10:23 p.m.

On arrival police located a 37-year-old man, suffering from a stab wound to his abdomen and to his neck. He was rushed to  NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

According to reports, the victim became involved in a verbal dispute inside of the shop before the violent assault.

Police said the suspect fled the scene on an e-bike, southbound on 4th Avenue toward Carroll Street. No arrests have been made at this time.
