NYPD said George Jacobs, 66, was shot three times in the chest by his older brother Jethro Jacobs, 73, inside their 92-year-old mother’s home on 230th Place near 141st Ave.

According to the New York post, Jethro, who lives in Virginia had married at the family home at 3am on October 15th. Hwe had to wait outside for hours because his brother changed the locks. Jethro and George became involved in an argument at approximately 7:40 a.m, that escalated to the fatal shooting.

He faces murder and weapon possession charges.
