NYPD responded to the report of a shooting on E. 4th St. near Ave. Con April 29th at around 9:00am.

On arrival police and paramedics located Anthony Ramon, 42, suffering from gunshot wounds to the stomach and leg. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

According to reports, the suspect fled the scene on a bicycle. The shooter is described as wearing all black with dreadlocks.
