The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD said the 27-year-old victim ran into Amazing Pharmacy on June 9th just before 3:45 p.m, attempting to flee some people who were robbing him.

Police located Avanti Frowner who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Police said the suspects robbed Frowner and took off with his chain and money.

No arrests have been made and police said they are searching for four suspects who fled on foot, pictured below.

Update June 24th
NYPV arrested River Jones, 18, at Monroe College in New Rochelle on June 23. Police said Jones lives in a dorm at the college.

According to reports, Frowner was being eyedrops at the pharmacy when he was approached by a man asking if he wanted to buy weed. After declining, the two suspects were joined by three others who robbed the victim of his gold chain that sported his artist name “Moneygang Vontae”, beaten and then shot.

Update June 29th
Isiah Garrett, 24 of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with murder of Frowner.

Update July 7th
NYPD announced that Nayson White, 25, and Allen Algarin, 23, were picked up in McDuffie County, Georgia, and charged with murder.
