In the early hours of February 17, NYPD responded to reports of gunfire at 503 Euclid Ave. Shortly after midnight, they found two 24-year-old men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police said Jarell Sutton had been shot in the chest and was rushed to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The second victim, who was shot in the right foot, was taken to the same hospital by a third party and is currently in stable condition.
Police have not yet determined any connection between the two victims or identified a suspect. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
