The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the area of 2289 Fifth Ave on February 27th at approximately 8:20am on the report of a shooting.

Investigators said Charles Buckner, 38, also known as Almighty Charles suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced at the scene. Bukner was known to police.

The victim’s nephew managed to get himself to hospital for a gunshot wound to the arm.

No arrests have been made and no suspect information is available.
