Police in Brooklyn are searching for the person responsible for a fatal shooting that occurred on June 19th in the Bedford-Stuyvesant area just before midnight.

Police responded to reports of gunfire outside an apartment building at 541 Marcy Avenue. When they arrived, they found a 38-year-old man lying outside with several gunshot wounds.

Paramedics quickly transported the victim to Kings County Hospital, but he was later pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released, as police are still working to notify his family.

No suspects have been arrested so far, and the investigation is ongoing.
