The NYPD has identified a couple found fatally stabbed inside their Fresh Meadows apartment in Queens last Saturday morning.
Police say 71-year-old Jeffrey Ulmer and his 65-year-old wife, Marjorie Schulberg-Ulmer, were discovered around 7:56 a.m. after officers from the 107th Precinct responded to a 911 call reporting an assault. Both victims had suffered multiple stab wounds.
Emergency responders transported the pair to separate hospitals in Queens and Long Island, where they were later pronounced dead.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers, with all tips kept strictly confidential.
