George Pagan, 62 was attacked October 22 by two men as he was sitting outside on the sidewalk at E. 122nd Street near Third Avenue. Pagan died in Harlem hospital seven days later.

Two men, Benjamin Houston, 27 and Anthony Santiago, 17, were arrested for the homicide.
