NYPD were called to a shooting at a bodega near Knickerbocker and Flushing avenues around 7 p.m., on September 14th.

Sources say Gerry Hill, 59, got into a dispute with two employees inside the store, during which one of them allegedly struck him in the head with a baton.

After the altercation, Hill walked back to his home where he was later found unconscious and unresponsive, suffering from head injuries. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police took both deli workers into custody, though no charges have been filed at this time.
