NYPD were called to a shooting just before 6 p.m. on April 5 outside of a deli located at 2961 Fulton St.
Ona arrivial police located a 30-year-old man and a 50-year-old man who were shot multiple times. Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where the 30-year-old victim, who has been identified as José Urena Moran, was later pronounced dead.
24-year-old Michael Mendoza Cardona was charged on April 6 with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
