NYPD were called to a shooting in front of an apartment building at the Marcy Houses, located at 546 Flushing Ave on December 5th at 3:35 p.m.

On arrival police and EMS located Maceo Singleton, 24, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
