NYPD are investigating an early-morning stabbing inside an apartment building at 101-11 86 Avenue, in Jamaica, Queens.
Authorities say a suspect knocked on a door around 2:24 a.m on April 12th and attacked a 32-year-old woman when she answered, slashing her arm. He then went inside and fatally stabbed a 41-year-old man in the chest before fleeing.
Both victims were taken to hospital, where the man was pronounced dead and the woman was listed in stable condition.
Police have not released a description of the suspect or a possible motive, and no arrests have been made so far.
