NYPD were called to a shooting at Roy Wilkins Park on April 16th at approximately 6:15pm.
On arrival police located Jaden Pierre, 15, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police said Zahir Davis, 18, of East 48th Street in Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with murder on April 24th.
