NYPD responded to a 911 call reporting an unconscious man at 250 West 138th Street at 4:02 a.m. on August 1st.

When officers arrived, they discovered a 34-year-old man who was unresponsive and had suffered several stab wounds to his legs.

Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly after and pronounced the man dead at the scene. Authorities are withholding his identity until his family has been properly notified.

As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is still underway.
