A late-night double stabbing in Brooklyn’s Little Haiti neighborhood left one man dead and another hospitalized, according to police. The incident occurred Friday night inside an apartment building on Avenue D, where officers responding to a report of an assault found two men suffering from stab wounds.
One victim, whose identity has not yet been released, died after being taken to the hospital. A 66-year-old man who was stabbed in the neck survived and is reported to be in stable condition.
The attack marks the third fatal stabbing reported in Brooklyn within the same week, following separate deadly incidents in Canarsie and Sunset Park. Investigators have not made any arrests and are continuing to look into the circumstances surrounding the violence.
