NYPD responded to the report of an assault at 3135 Perry Ave, on MArch 4th at approximately 3:09am.

On arrival police located a 29-year-old man unresponsive suffering from stab wounds to the neck and chest. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The victim’s roommates, a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, were arrested at the scene. Police said an alleged dispute about noise in the apartment escalated between the three roommates leading to the stabbing death. A kitchen knife was recovered at the scene.
