Police responded to the report of a shooting at The Robert S. Fulton Houses located at 431 West 17th St on June 4th at approximately 9:19pm.

On arrival, police and paramedics located who AMNY identified as 21-year-old Raqiese Cohen who lived at the Fulton Houses, suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
