NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding a stabbing in the area of of Monterey Avenue during a dispute near the corner of Schorr Place and Eastchester Road on July 6th at 11:40pm.

Police located 30-year-old Jorge Valentin suffering from multiple stab wounds outside 1381 East Gun Hill Road. The victim was pronounced at the scene.

Police said the victim was in dispute and attempted to flee after being stabbed but struck a pole.

Investigators have released a video of the suspect leaving the scene.
