According to the NYPD, officers from the 69th Precinct responded around 1:20 a.m. on July 20, after EMS discovered an unconscious man outside the Breukelen Playground.

The victim was located with several stab wounds to the chest. He was rushed to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
