At approximately 2:03 a.m. on June 14, NYPD officers were dispatched to the intersection of Givan and Palmer Avenues in Eastchester following a 911 report of a shooting.

Responding officers from the 47th Precinct arrived to find a 27-year-old man inside a gray 2012 Infiniti sedan. He was unconscious and unresponsive, having sustained three gunshot wounds to the chest.

He was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where he died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made. Police ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
