NYPD responded to a double shooting at a McDonalds located at 279 E. 149 St on April 15th at approximately 4:00am.

Police and paramedics arrived to find two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln Hospital where one man was pronounced deceased.

His identity is being withheld pending family notification.

Police described the suspect as a male with a light complexion and black hair, wearing black Adidas pants and gray Adidas sneakers.
