One dead and one injured in an early morning Queens stabbing

NYPD responded to the report of a stabbing at the corner of 98th Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Corona, on July 2nd at approximately 3:10am.

On arrival police and paramedics located a 32-year-old man who was stabbed in the head multiple times and a 32-year-old woman who suffered injuries to her left arms. The victims were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where the man was pronounced deceased. The female victim was listed as stable.

Police arrested a 20-year-old man outside of 38-27 98th Street, and said charges are pending.
