Police search for Shin Bin Weng in the fatal stabbing of Qi Rui Weng, at a Chinatown gambling den

NYPD were called to the report of a stabbing at 125 Division St on April 4th at approximately 4:37pm.

It has been reported that the stabbing took place in a gambling den where Qi Rui Weng, 58, was stabbed with a large knife in the torso. The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he died of his injuries.

NYPD crime stoppers released a video showing the suspect, 55-year-old Shin Bin Weng, entering the establishment with a large knife and leaving with his hands covered with blood.

According to reports the two men had been involved in an altercation when Bin Weng was kicked out. He then went to a kitchen store and returned with a knife using a door that connects the two buildings.
