NYPS responded to a check on welfare at an apartment at 488 Lefferts Avenue on June 18th at 1:40pm.

Police arrived to find 39-year-old Michael Syndor suffering from serious injuries to his head and his face. Snydor was rushed by paramedics to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County where he died of his injuries on July 3rd.

No arrests have been made at this time.
