The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding an unconscious man in an apartment near East 139th Street and Cypress Avenue on October 6th at 8:11pm.

Police and EMS arrived to find a 24-year-old man facedown and unconscious on a bed in the unit. According to reports, the victim suffered apparent bruising around his neck.

Tonichelle Harvey, 30, who lives in the same building was taken into custody at the scene and later charged with manslaughter.
