NYPD were called to the Langston Hughes Houses at 301 Sutter Ave. in Brownsville at 10:42 a.m. on May 29th.

On arrival police located Waleek Watford, 31, of Queens, in the lobby suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his shoulder and torso, and stab wounds to his lower back.

Watford was rushed to Watford to Brookdale University Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
