59-year-old woman, Denise Aponte, has been charged for her alleged involvement in the shooting death of 24-year-old Randy Blanche outside his Morris Heights apartment building on November 23.

NYPD said Aponte called another man during an argument and directed him to bring a gun and shoot Blanche. Officers arrived to find Blanche with multiple gunshot wounds to the head; he was taken to Bronx Care Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Aponte was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder, manslaughter, and weapons possession. The second suspect has not yet been located.
