NYPD responded to a shooting at around 4:13 a.m. on November 23 near West 46th Street and 12th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen.

On arrival police located a 39-year-old victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his back and groin. Investigators said he was seen stumbling after being shot before he collapsed on the sidewalk in front of the Harbor Nightclub.

He was taken by EMS to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
