NYPD was called to the report of a shooting on 55th Ave on March 13th at approximately 7:49pm.
On arrival, police located Jairo Javier Vinces-Cobena, 36, suffering from injuries. He was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
Police said the shooter, was last seen speeding down 55th Ave. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
