NYPD responded to the report of a stabbing at 2466 Marion Ave at around 12:24 a.m. on May 20th.
On arrival, the police located two men suffering from injuries: a 34-year-old with stab wounds to the torso and armpit, and a 32-year-old man who was stabbed in the back. Paramedics transported the 34-year-old victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Authorities identified him as Luis Almanzar. The second victim, a 32-year-old man, was taken to BronxCare Health System and is expected to recover.
Police said no arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
