NYPD investigates the fatal stabbing of a man in the Bronx

NYPD responded to reports of an assault near East 183rd Street and Grand Concourse at approximately 6:48 a.m. on July 12th.

On arrival, police located the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds to his right arm. He was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital, but despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced deceased.

Investigators believe the stabbing stemmed from a verbal altercation involving several individuals. After the attack, the suspects fled the area in multiple vehicles. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
