NYPD were called to the report of a body in a trash bin at an apartment at 569 East 21st St on October 17th.

According to reports, on arrival police located the head and torso, of a man in a bag. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the exact cause of death and the victim’s identity.

No arrests have been made. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
