Woman Fatally Stabbed Outside Bronx Bar, Suspect at Large

NYPD were called to a stabbing that occurred around 4:10 a.m. on October 26 outside the Mama Dora Bar and Lounge, located at 28 East Kingsbridge Road, according to police sources.

Investigators say a group of people became involved in a heated dispute outside the establishment when a man suddenly attacked the victim, stabbing her in the chest.

The suspect, described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall and wearing a yellow jacket, fled the scene on foot.

The woman was taken to BronxCare Health System by private means and was transferred to Lincoln Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Police have not yet released her name, pending notification to her family.
