NYPD responded to the report of a shooting at 57th Street and Fourth Avenue on August 9th.

On arrival police located 45-year-old Roberto Cuevas suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. He was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital where he died of his injuries.

According to reports, Cuevas was involved in an argument with another man at a party before the shooting.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
