NYPD responded to a wellness check at 21 Pennsylvania Ave just before 11:05 a.m. on Dec. 11th.

On arrival police located Justin Tetro, 51, deceased inside his home, with trauma to his head and neck.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner completed an autopsy and determined Tetro’s death was a homicide.
