T’Andre Hatcher, 19, was the driver of  a silver Infiniti that crashed into a 18-wheeler truck on Manida St. and Oak Point Ave. in Hunts Point in the Bronx on January 8th at approximately 4:15am.

The passenger in the car, Frankely Nunez-Payano, 20, was rushed to a Harlem hospital where he died of his injuries. 

Hatcher, 19, of Chesapeake, VA has been charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired.
