NYPD are investigating the fatal stabbing of a 37-year-old man who was found unresponsive inside his apartment in the Bronx.
Officers responded to an apartment building on Adams Place around 2:45 p.m. on October 1 after receiving a request for a welfare check. Upon arrival, they discovered Christopher Osborne unconscious inside his apartment.
According to police, Osborne had suffered multiple stab wounds to his torso, left arm, left hand and back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are continuing to piece together what happened and what may have led to the deadly attack. Police said Osborne had no known criminal record.
Authorities have not identified a suspect or released information about a possible motive. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
